  • 1 teaspoon Gelatin

Directions

Step 1

Start by brewing a strong cup of black tea. Steep a black tea bag in 1 cup of boiling water for 5 minutes, then remove the tea bag and let the tea cool to room temperature.

Step 2

In a small saucepan, combine 1 teaspoon of gelatin with 2 tablespoons of water and let it bloom for about 2 minutes. Heat the mixture on low until the gelatin is completely dissolved.
