Ingredients

  • 4 large Eggs
  • 2 tablespoons Cream Cheese
  • 0.5 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 4 slices Bacon
  • 2 slices Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 whole Avocado
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black Pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a medium bowl, separate 2 of the eggs, placing the whites in one bowl and the yolks in another.

Step 3

Add the cream cheese and baking powder to the egg yolks. Mix until you have a smooth, lump-free batter.

Step 4

Whisk the egg whites with a pinch of salt until they form stiff peaks.

Step 5

Gently fold the whipped egg whites into the yolk mixture, taking care not to deflate the whites too much.

Spoon the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet to form 4 equally sized rounds. These will be your cloud bread buns.
