  • 3 units cooked bacon slices

  • 0.5 units avocado, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons salsa
  • 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped

Directions

Step 1

In a small bowl, beat the eggs, heavy cream, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

Heat the butter in a non-stick frying pan over medium heat until melted.
