Directions

Step 1

Place the 6 large eggs in a medium-sized saucepan and cover them with water, ensuring the water level is about an inch above the eggs.

Step 2

Bring the water to a boil over medium-high heat. Once boiling, cover the saucepan with a lid, turn off the heat, and let the eggs sit in the hot water for 10 minutes.

Step 3

While the eggs are cooking, finely chop 1 celery stalk, 2 green onions, and 1 tablespoon of fresh dill. Set aside.

Step 4

After 10 minutes, immediately transfer the eggs to a bowl of ice water to cool for 5 minutes. This will stop the cooking process and make them easier to peel.
