Ingredients

  • 4 large leaves Romaine lettuce leaves
  • 8 slices Bacon
  • 1 medium, sliced Tomato
  • 4 tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • 1 small, sliced Avocado
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Start by preparing the bacon. Place the 8 slices of bacon in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook until crispy, about 3-5 minutes per side.

Step 2

Remove the bacon from the skillet and place it on a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess grease.

Step 3

While the bacon cooks, rinse the romaine lettuce leaves and pat them dry with a clean kitchen towel.

Step 4

Slice the tomato and avocado into thin slices, and set them aside.

Step 5

Take one large romaine lettuce leaf and spread 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise over the center.
