Ingredients

  • 6 slices Bacon
  • 6 large leaves Romaine lettuce leaves
  • 1 medium Tomato
  • 1 medium Avocado
  • 3 tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.25 teaspoon Onion powder

Directions

Step 1

1. Preheat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the bacon slices and cook until crispy, about 5 to 7 minutes, turning once halfway through. Remove the bacon from the skillet and place it on a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess grease.

2. While the bacon is cooking, wash and dry the romaine lettuce leaves. Set aside.

3. Slice the tomato into thin slices and the avocado into thin slices as well.
