Ingredients

  • 1 pound Ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 4 slices Cheddar cheese
  • 8 leaves Butter lettuce leaves
  • 1 whole Avocado
  • 1 whole Tomato
  • 4 slices Pickles
  • 2 tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil

Directions

Step 1

In a medium bowl, combine the ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until just combined, being careful not to overwork the meat.

Step 2

Form the beef mixture into 8 small patties, about 2 inches in diameter each.

Step 3

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the beef patties.

Cook the patties for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they are cooked to your desired doneness.
