Ingredients

  • 30 grams almond flour

Directions

Step 1

Finely chop the onion and mince the garlic cloves. Chop the fresh parsley leaves as well.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, almond flour, beaten egg, chopped onion, minced garlic, parsley, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, salt, pepper, and paprika.
