  • 1 Cauliflower (large head)
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 4 ounces Cream Cheese
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 2 cups Cheddar Cheese (shredded)
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese (grated)
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
  • 0.25 cup Almond Flour
  • 0.25 teaspoon Paprika

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cut the cauliflower into small florets, discarding the leaves and core.

Step 3

Steam cauliflower florets in a large pot with a steamer basket for 5-7 minutes, until just tender but still firm.

Drain the cauliflower well and set aside.
