  • 2 cups Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 2 ounces Cream cheese
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 tablespoon Everything bagel seasoning
  • 4 ounces Cream cheese, for topping
  • 4 ounces Lox (smoked salmon)
  • 2 tablespoons Capers
  • 0.25 cup Red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh dill (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix well and set aside.

In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella cheese and 2 ounces of cream cheese. Microwave for 1 minute, stir, and microwave for another 30 seconds until the cheese is melted and easy to stir.
