  • 4 slices Cheddar cheese slices
  • 4 slices Bacon
  • 8 leaves Lettuce leaves
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • 1 large Tomato
  • 8 slices Pickle slices

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your grill or stovetop pan over medium-high heat.

In a large bowl, combine ground beef, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Mix gently until just combined, being careful not to overwork the meat.

Divide the meat mixture into 4 equal portions and shape them into patties about 1/2 inch thick.
