Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups Almond flour
  • 0.25 cup Coconut flour
  • 2 teaspoons Baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 4 large Eggs
  • 0.25 cup Butter
  • 4 tablespoons Cream cheese
  • 2 teaspoons Apple cider vinegar
  • 6 slices Bacon
  • 1 leaf Lettuce
  • 1 small Tomato
  • 2 tablespoons Mayonnaise

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a large bowl, mix together almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, and salt.

Melt the butter in a microwave-safe bowl and stir in the cream cheese until well combined. Let it cool slightly.

In another bowl, whisk the eggs until frothy. Add the melted butter and cream cheese mixture, and apple cider vinegar. Combine well.
