  • 0.5 medium Avocado
  • 2 tablespoons Erythritol sweetener
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon Chia seeds
  • 0.5 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 pinch Pinch of salt

Directions

Step 1

Begin by slightly thawing the unsweetened acai puree packets under warm water for about 1-2 minutes to make blending easier.

Step 2

In a high-speed blender, add the thawed acai puree, frozen cauliflower rice, unsweetened almond milk, half an avocado, erythritol sweetener, vanilla extract, chia seeds, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt.
