Directions

Step 1

In a medium bowl, combine olive oil, red wine vinegar, chopped parsley, minced garlic, red chili flakes, salt, black pepper, oregano, and fresh lemon juice. Mix thoroughly to create the chimichurri sauce.

Reserve half of the chimichurri sauce in a separate bowl for serving.
