Ingredients

  • 4 oz Unsweetened chocolate
  • 1 cup Erythritol
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1 cup Salted pecans
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 0.25 tsp Salt

Directions

Step 1

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the pecans evenly. Toast them at 350°F (175°C) in the oven for 5-7 minutes until fragrant. Let them cool and chop coarsely.

In a small saucepan, combine the cream and erythritol over medium heat. Stir until the erythritol has dissolved.

Add the unsweetened chocolate to the saucepan and stir continuously until the chocolate is fully melted and incorporated into the cream mixture.
