  • 0.75 cup Unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons Coconut oil
  • 0.5 cup Dark chocolate (85% or higher, keto-friendly), chopped

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin with coconut oil or line it with cupcake liners.
