Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a doughnut pan with butter or non-stick spray.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together 1 cup of almond flour, 0.25 cup of coconut flour, 0.25 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder, 0.5 cup of granulated erythritol, 1 teaspoon of baking powder, 0.5 teaspoon of baking soda, and 0.25 teaspoon of salt.

Once the doughnuts are cool, dip the tops into the chocolate glaze.
Return them to the wire rack and allow the glaze to set before serving.
