  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cup Almond butter
  • 0.25 teaspoon Sea salt
  • 0.25 cup Shredded coconut, unsweetened
  • 12 pieces Almonds, whole

Directions

Step 1

In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt the coconut oil until fully liquefied.

Step 2

Whisk in the cocoa powder and erythritol until completely dissolved and smooth.

Step 3

Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the vanilla extract, almond butter, and sea salt. Mix until well incorporated.

Set the mixture aside to cool slightly but not solidify, about 5 minutes.
