  • 8 leaves Romaine lettuce leaves
  • 1 piece Avocado, sliced
  • 10 pieces Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 0.5 piece Red onion, thinly sliced
  • 0.25 cup Cilantro, chopped

Directions

Step 1

In a medium bowl, whisk together the chipotle peppers, olive oil, minced garlic, lime juice, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.

Step 2

Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over the chicken. Seal the bag and massage the marinade into the chicken to ensure even coverage. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or overnight for more flavor.
