  • 2 cups Raw shelled pistachios
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Chili powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Smoked paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground cumin
  • 0.5 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Lime zest
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Ground black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, chili powder, smoked paprika, ground cumin, garlic powder, lime zest, lime juice, salt, and black pepper. Stir until well mixed.
