  • 4 unit sugar-free hot dogs
  • 4 unit low carb tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 0.5 cup sour cream, for serving
  • 0.25 cup sliced green onions, for garnish

Directions

Step 1

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add diced onion and garlic, cooking until onion becomes translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
