Ingredients

  • 1 cup Almond flour
  • 0.5 cup Chickpea flour
  • 3 large Eggs
  • 0.25 cup Water
  • 0.5 cup Coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon Ground coriander
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.25 cup Fresh parsley
  • 0.25 cup Chopped scallions

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, chickpea flour, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin powder, ground coriander, salt, and black pepper.

In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and water together until well mixed.

Step 3

Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients and mix thoroughly until a thick batter forms.
