Ingredients

  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 cups fresh spinach leaves
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Directions

Step 1

Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper on both sides.

Step 2

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for 5-6 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove them from the skillet and set aside.

Step 3

In the same skillet, reduce the heat to medium and melt the butter. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
