Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 2 pieces Garlic cloves, minced
  • 8 ounces Cremini or button mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 cup Chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh thyme leaves
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped

Directions

Step 1

Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper on both sides.

Step 2

In a large skillet or pan, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook until they are golden brown on both sides and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside.
