Ingredients

  • 2 pieces Chicken breast
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 cup Almond flour
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 0.25 cup Coconut oil
  • 1 large Avocado
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice
  • 0.25 cup Chopped cilantro
  • 0.25 cup Sour cream
  • 4 cups Lettuce leaves
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes
  • 0.5 cup Shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Step 2

Cut the chicken breasts into small cubes.

Step 3

In a large bowl, combine olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Add chicken cubes and toss to coat evenly.

Step 4

Place the chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until cooked through.

While the chicken is cooking, make the tostadas. Beat the eggs in a bowl and set aside.

In another bowl, place the almond flour and set aside.
