  • 6 pieces Almond flour tortillas
  • 1.5 cups Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 large Avocado
  • 0.5 cup Sour cream
  • 0.5 cup Chopped cilantro
  • 1 piece Lime
  • 1 piece Jalapeño (optional, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Step 2

Place the chicken breast on a cutting board and slice it into thin strips.

Step 3

In a large mixing bowl, combine olive oil, paprika, cumin powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Add the chicken strips and toss until they are well coated with the seasoning.
