  • 8 large Lettuce Leaves
  • 4 slices Cheddar Cheese Slices
  • 8 Cherry Tomatoes
  • 1 large Avocado
  • 4 tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 2 tablespoons Butter

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Butterfly the chicken breasts to make them thinner and cut each into four equal-sized pieces.

In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Coat the chicken pieces evenly with this mixture.
