  • 0.5 teaspoon salt

  • 3 tablespoons chopped green onions
  • 2 packages low-carb shirataki noodles
  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • 2 pieces hard-boiled eggs, halved

Directions

Step 1

Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Season the chicken thighs with salt and black pepper then add to the pot.
