Ingredients

  • 500 grams Ground chicken
  • 3 tablespoons Ghee
  • 1 large Onion, finely chopped
  • 4 cloves Garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger, grated
  • 2 medium Green chilies, chopped
  • 2 medium Tomatoes, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh mint, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice

Directions

Step 1

Heat ghee in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Step 2

Add cumin seeds and let them sizzle for a few seconds until fragrant.

Add the chopped onions and sauté until they are golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.

Stir in the minced garlic, grated ginger, and chopped green chilies, and cook for another minute.
