Ingredients

  • 2 cups Almond flour
  • 1 tablespoon Coconut flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 4 large Eggs
  • 2 cups Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 2 ounces Cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Avocado oil
  • 1 cup Chicken breast, cooked and shredded
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce (or tamari for gluten-free)
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons Green onion, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a medium microwave-safe bowl, combine the mozzarella cheese and cream cheese. Microwave for about 1 minute, stirring halfway until melted and well-blended.

In a separate bowl, whisk together almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, and salt.

Add the flours and eggs to the melted cheese mixture. Mix until a dough forms. If sticky, refrigerate for 10 minutes.
