  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 30 grams unsalted butter
  • 120 milliliters heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, almond flour, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until thoroughly combined.

Divide the mixture into 8 equal portions and shape each portion into a patty about 1/2 inch thick.

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the patties in batches, making sure not to overcrowd the pan.
