Ingredients

  • 1 pound Chicken breast
  • 2 medium Zucchini
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 4 ounces Cream cheese
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon Dried thyme
  • 0.5 teaspoon Dried basil

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Step 2

Slice the zucchini into noodles using a spiralizer or julienne peeler. Set aside.

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper, then add to the skillet.

Cook for 6-8 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the pan and let rest.
