  • 0.5 cup Onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 0.5 teaspoon Dried thyme
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.25 cup Sugar-free ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, almond flour, grated Parmesan cheese, egg, chopped onion, minced garlic, dried oregano, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper.
