Ingredients

  • 12 pieces Chicken drumsticks
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 0.5 cup Low-carb hot sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Cilantro, chopped
  • 4 pieces Lemon wedges

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top of it.

Step 2

Prepare the chicken drumsticks by creating the lollipop shape: Hold the drumstick with the thicker side down, using a sharp knife, cut around the bone at the narrow end to loosen the meat. Push the meat down toward the thicker end to form a lollipop shape.

In a large bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

Add the chicken lollipops to the bowl and toss them until they are evenly coated with the seasoning mixture.
