  • 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam masala
  • 0.5 teaspoon Red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh cilantro leaves
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice

Directions

Step 1

Begin by slicing the chicken breast into thin strips.

Step 2

Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.

Add the ginger-garlic paste and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

Add the chicken strips to the pan and cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until they are no longer pink and have started to brown slightly.
