  • 4 pieces chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 0.5 cup chicken broth
  • 3 cloves garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Directions

Step 1

Season both sides of the chicken breasts with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.

In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil. Once hot, add the chicken breasts. Cook for about 5-6 minutes on each side, until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
