Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 4 pieces Garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup Chicken broth
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped

Directions

Step 1

Season the chicken breasts on both sides with salt and pepper.

Step 2

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and fully cooked. Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.
