Ingredients

  • 2 pieces Cooked chicken breast
  • 4 oz Cream cheese
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 0.25 cup Cilantro
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Onion powder
  • 0.5 tsp Cumin
  • 0.5 tsp Chili powder
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 0.25 tsp Pepper
  • 8 pieces Coconut flour tortillas (low-carb)
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

Shred the cooked chicken breasts using your hands or two forks until finely shredded.

Step 3

In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, chopped cilantro, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.
