Ingredients

  • 2 pieces chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 medium red bell pepper
  • 1 medium yellow bell pepper
  • 1 medium green bell pepper
  • 1 medium yellow onion
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 medium lime
  • 8 pieces large Romaine lettuce leaves
  • 0.5 cup sour cream
  • 0.25 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

Directions

Step 1

Slice the chicken breasts into thin strips.

Step 2

Cut the red, yellow, and green bell peppers into thin strips. Slice the onion thinly.

Step 3

In a large bowl, combine the chicken strips, olive oil, garlic powder, ground cumin, smoked paprika, chili powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to coat the chicken evenly.
