Ingredients

  • 500 grams Chicken breast
  • 60 ml Coconut aminos
  • 15 ml Sesame oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger, grated
  • 200 grams Broccoli, chopped into small florets
  • 1 Red bell pepper, sliced
  • 200 grams Zucchini noodles
  • 2 Green onions, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 0 to taste Salt
  • 0 to taste Black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon Crushed red pepper flakes

Directions

Step 1

Slice the chicken breast into thin strips and place in a bowl.

Step 2

In a small bowl, mix the coconut aminos, sesame oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Pour this marinade over the chicken strips, mix well to coat, and set aside for 10 minutes.

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
