Ingredients

  • 2 cups Shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 cup Almond flour
  • 3 large Eggs
  • 4 ounces Cream cheese
  • 1.5 teaspoons Baking powder
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 2 tablespoons Butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds (optional for topping)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a loaf pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it with butter.

In a large mixing bowl, beat the eggs until they are light and frothy.

Add the cream cheese to the bowl and mix thoroughly until smooth and well combined.

Stir in the melted butter, shredded chicken, almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, cheddar cheese, and salt. Mix until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
