Ingredients

  • 1 large Chicken breast
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 6 Bacon strips
  • 0.25 cup Ranch dressing
  • 4 Romaine lettuce leaves
  • 1 small Tomato
  • 0.5 cup Cheddar cheese
  • 4 Low-carb tortillas

Directions

Step 1

Prepare the chicken by slicing the large chicken breast into thin strips.

Step 2

In a bowl, mix the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Add the chicken strips and toss to coat evenly.

Step 3

Preheat a skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook for about 7-8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and golden brown. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, cook the bacon strips over medium heat until crispy. Remove the bacon and drain on a paper towel-lined plate.
