  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh chives, chopped

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a microwave-safe bowl, combine 1.5 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese and 2 tablespoons of cream cheese. Microwave on high for about 1 minute, stirring halfway through, until the cheese is melted and smooth.
