  • 120 grams Almond flour
  • 100 grams Cheddar cheese

  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1 medium Zucchini

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.

Grate the zucchini and squeeze out excess water using a clean cloth or paper towel to ensure the rolls are not soggy.
