Ingredients

  • 1.5 pounds Chicken breast, boneless and skinless
  • 4 cups Broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 8 ounces Cream cheese
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 2 cups Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 0.5 cups Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon Paprika
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Step 2

Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized cubes. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat and cook the chicken pieces until they are just cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
