  • 1 tablespoon Baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 5 Large eggs
  • 0.25 cup Unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon Apple cider vinegar
  • 0.25 cup Water

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, chia seeds, baking powder, and salt. Mix well to ensure even distribution of the ingredients.

In a separate medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, melted butter, apple cider vinegar, and water until well combined.

Step 4

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix together until a thick batter forms.

Step 5

Transfer the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula.

Step 6

Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center of the bread comes out clean.

Step 7

Remove from the oven and allow to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes, then carefully transfer the bread to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.

Once cooled, slice the bread and enjoy. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
