  • 3 units Garlic cloves

  • 1.5 teaspoons Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 2 tablespoons Sparkling water
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef and ground pork.

Mince the garlic cloves and add them to the bowl with the meat.
