Ingredients

  • 150 g Almond flour
  • 50 g Erythritol sweetener
  • 100 g Unsalted butter
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp Cherry extract
  • 30 g Blanched almond slices
  • 50 g Almond meal
  • 30 g Coconut flour
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 60 ml Unsweetened almond milk
  • 0.5 tsp Xanthan gum
  • 100 g Keto-friendly cherry jam

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Lightly grease a 20cm (8-inch) tart pan with a removable base.

Step 2

In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, erythritol, baking powder, and salt. Whisk together until well combined.

Step 3

Add in the melted unsalted butter and mix until you have a crumbly dough.

Step 4

Press the dough evenly into the bottom and up the sides of the prepared tart pan. Prick the bottom with a fork to prevent bubbling.

Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 10 minutes until lightly golden. Remove and let it cool.
