Ingredients

  • 10 oz fresh spinach
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1.5 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 0.5 cups parmesan cheese
  • 0.5 cups heavy cream
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 0.5 teaspoons salt
  • 0.5 teaspoons black pepper
  • 1 tablespoons olive oil

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease an 8x8-inch baking dish with some olive oil.

Step 2

Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add 1 tablespoon of olive oil.

Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

Add the fresh spinach to the skillet, stirring occasionally, until the spinach has wilted, about 3-4 minutes.
