  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Butter

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a microwave-safe bowl, microwave the cauliflower rice on high for 3-4 minutes or until tender. Let it cool slightly, then transfer to a clean kitchen towel. Squeeze out as much moisture as possible from the cauliflower.
